Shipping
After receipt of payment, orders are sent within the delivery time stated in the webshop. An e-mail confirming shipment will be sent to you. RaptoBike shall ensure proper delivery of the ordered
items. RaptoBike is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the delivery service. RaptoBike reserves the right to cancel the purchase if the customer does not comply with the conditions. The
stated delivery time is an indication and cannot be considered legally binding.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the article, as well as the delivery address and delivery method. RaptoBike informs you of the shipping charges during the ordering
process before your order is confirmed.
Returns
Consumers are allowed to return standard articles within 7 working days after receipt. Please contact us beforehand if you want to return an article. Specially made to order or assembled items
cannot be returned. Shipping costs for the return are payable by you. Returned packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted or credited. The article must be returned undamaged, unused
and in new condition with the original packaging intact for a full refund. After we receive the returned article we will review it and credit the purchase price of the article, reduced with the
shipping costs where applicable, to you within 14 days. The original shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Trade articles are subject to standard shipping and handling.
RaptoBike reserves the right to refuse returns or to reimburse only a portion of the amount if it is suspected that the article has already been used, if the article is damaged as a result of
use or if the goods are not returned in their original packaging.
Items purchased from the RaptoBike online store cannot be returned in other RaptoBike outlets (dealers).
